Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Work
We will find and track relevant government contract opportunities that your company qualifies for.
We will prepare, submit, and manage bid proposals on your behalf.
We will facilitate all necessary documentation, with your cooperation, and submit proposals before deadlines.
2. Client Responsibilities:
To qualify for the guarantee, you (the client) must:
Be available and responsive to requests for documents, pricing, samples, or signatures within 24 business hours.
Allow us to submit at least 90% of the qualified bids available to your company (minimum 8–10 bid submissions per week).
Not miss 2 bid submissions per week or more, due to delayed communication, unavailability, or failure to provide required materials.
Maintain open and timely communication throughout the engagement period.
Provide accurate, up-to-date business information when requested.
3. Guarantee Limitations:
This guarantee does not include a money-back refund.
Instead, if we do not secure a contract within the first 90 days, we will continue working at no additional cost for another 90 days.
The extension period includes the same level of effort and support as the initial period.
4. Exclusions:
This guarantee does not apply if the client fails to meet the above responsibilities.
The guarantee is void if delays or missed opportunities are due to unresponsiveness, incomplete documents, or inability to provide necessary materials within the agreed timeframe.
